1945-2008

Norbert Laskowski, 62, born to Leonard and Annie (Lyssy) Laskowski on April 5, 1945, in Wilson County, Texas, passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, in Kosciusko.

His father, Leonard Laskowski, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his mother, Annie Laskowski; his sisters, Evangeline Zaiontz and husband David of San Antonio, Lucille Moczygemba and husband Flavian of Kosciusko, and Jeraldine Polivchak and husband Ed of La Vernia; his brothers, Jerry Laskowski and Greg Laskowski of San Antonio and Charles Laskowski of Kosciusko; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family received friends Monday, Jan. 28, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale.

A rosary was held Monday at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

A graveside service was held Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Ann’s Parish Cemetery in Kosciusko.

A memorial Mass in St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciusko followed the graveside service.

If desired, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
