1933-2008
Jimmie R. Harris passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2008, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 75.

He was born in McComb, Texas, on April 11, 1933, and had resided in Floresville for the past seven years. He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Navy.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29, from noon until 4 p.m. in the Franklin Funeral Home Chapel in Floresville.

Graveside services with full military honors were held on Friday at 10:15 a.m. in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.

Interment followed the military services.
