Felician Sisters Our Lady of Hope Province administration-elect are (from left) Sister Constance Marie Tomyl, Sister Nancy Marie Jamroz, Sister MaryAnne Olekszyk, Sister Mary Christopher Moore, Sister Mary Geralyn Mroczkowski, Sister Danat Marie Brysch, Sister Judith Marie Blizzard, and Sister Mary Jolene Jasinski. Sister Danat Marie Brysch is originally from Cestohowa.

Originally from Cestohowa, Texas, Sister Danat Marie Brysch of Rio Rancho, N.M. ,is the new vicar-elect of the Felician Sisters of North America. She serves as provincial minister of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Province and has ministered as a registered nurse in Iowa, Texas, and New Mexico hospitals.
The Felician Sisters came to minister in the Archdiocese of San Antonio in 1934. They minister at St. Cecilia and St. Margaret Mary schools and St. Luke Parish, all in San Antonio, as well as at St. Andrew Parish, Campbellton, and Sacred Heart Mission, Pleasanton. In the past, Felician Sisters also ministered in Cestohowa, Panna Maria, St. Hedwig, San Antonio, Yorktown, and Seguin.
Sister Danat will be installed Nov. 21, the 154th anniversary of the founding of the congregation.
