Have any of you guys ever seen CSI, what kind of people do you think we have as investigators, so you actually think they were picked up off the street! Of course it was him, and weither he had alcohol in his system or not, he was on the wrong lane to begin with, the other person on the motorcycle was in the right away, yea people do make mistakes but this just cause him his life, for him and his family, God handles it and in this case he will take care of this and give this family justice. None of us ar here to judge, just God

Obviously Tony you have some issues going on there yourself. Apparently you think you know more than others. I don't believe everything the paper says because sometimes the words are twisted. I did read about the we think we have what we need to prosecute him. Well that's not good enough is it. What if he was your son or brother or father? The DA needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was intoxicated and driving. If they do then he will have to pay for his horrendous mistake. Innocent Tony till proven guilty because that's what you would want and expect if it was you, your son, your brother, or your father right?

If he is found guilty then I will continue to pray that he learn to live with what he has done and that hopefully he has learned a very important lesson the hardest way possible.

Um...did you not read where his blood alcohol level was over the legal limit? The case was presented to grad jury. Which means enough of an investigation was done to formally charge him. And if you know anything about the boy, he is and had been a trouble maker. Ask LVPD they are very familiar with him. Just because he said yes mamm/sir to you dose not make him a good boy.

I think he understands that if convicted he would go to prison. I think it is sad that the media turns things upside down. He needs to be tried in court and convicted. I understand that good kids make mistakes to but I just want him to have a fair trial.

All I'm saying is they need to prove it and if he did it then yes he needs to pay the price but they need to prove it first. This is the first I've heard of the injuries and blood in the car. They didn't mention it in any of the articles. People always do alot of talking basically convicting people but we have to remember innocent till proven guilty.

Exactly my point. I think they really need to make sure they have the right person and that he was indeed intoxicated before they ride him off. Whatever happened to innocent till proven guilty? Sounds to me the DA has work to do.

I know this kid and he is a good kid. I do not think IF it was him that he would have drivin intoxicated. He was very adamant when we would talk that he did not and would not drive drunk. It is very sad on both sides because the cyclist lost his life and now an innocent man might also lose his.
