Margie (Robles) Gonzales of Bexar County (left) and her sister, Aurora (Robles) Alvarado of Medina County, display memorabilia of their uncle, U.S. Army Pfc. Joe B. Robles of Floresville, who died in North Africa on Feb. 4, 1944, during World War II. Joe (pointed out in the group photo, inset), one of 11 children born to Eudelia and Conrad Robles Sr., is buried in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Floresville.
