FLORESVILLE -- The Floresville City Council has refinanced $4,965,000 in debt belonging to the Floresville 4A Corp., with the sale of general obligation refinancing bonds. The council voted unanimously to adopt an ordinance related to the bond sale at its Oct. 14 meeting. . . .

This is another example of the cities mismanagement. And this bond is a zero coupon bond. This is killing Floresville. Example after example of (more than) poor management. RECALL THEM ALL
