Penske Racing announced on Tuesday morning that Paul Wolfe will be Brad Keselowski's Sprint Cup Series crew chief on the No. 2 team in 2011. Wolfe served as Keselowski's crew chief in the Nationwide Series in 2010, and the pairing produced the 2010 Nationwide Series championship.

"It's an honor to get the opportunity to be the crew chief of the Penske Racing No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge team," Wofe said. "It's been a fantastic 2010 season with Brad and the team, and I'm excited about the challenge of moving up to the Cup Series next season and the opportunity to continue to build on the legacy of the No. 2 car team with Brad behind the wheel."

In their first year together, Wolfe and Keselowski tallied six Nationwide wins, a series single-season record-breaking 26 top-fives and 29 top-10 finishes on their way to the 2010 Nationwide Series title.

Wolfe, a former driver in the Nationwide Series, first climbed atop the pit box as a crew chief with Fitz Racing in 2006. He also worked with CJM Racing before moving to Penske Racing prior to the start of the 2010 season. Next season will mark Wolfe's first foray into Sprint Cup competition as a crew chief.

"I'm excited for Paul, and I look forward to continuing the momentum and success we had this season in the Nationwide Series," Keselowski said. "We just seemed to click right from the beginning, and we look to bring that same magic to the No. 2 Miller Lite Dodge team in 2011."

The No. 2 Sprint Cup Series entry of Penske Racing will also provide a new gig for Keselowski next season. With Shell joining the Penske organization as a primary sponsor for 2011, former driver of the No. 2, Kurt Busch, will move to a newly-numbered No. 22 Shell-backed entry for the team, as Keselowski shifts from the No. 12 to drive the No. 2.
