Offer condolences

Kenneth Ray Schoenfeldt of La Vernia, Texas, passed away on Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, at the age of 78 years. He was born on Aug. 15, 1933.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Schoenfeldt; his sister, Barbara Clark; his son, Kenneth James Schoenfeldt and wife Sherry; his daughter, Brenda Tuttle and husband Mike; grandchildren Amy Howell, Melissa Tuttle, Matthew Schoenfeldt, Joshua Schoenfeldt, Jennifer Tuttle, John Schoenfeldt, and Samantha Mattke; seven great-grandchildren; and his dear friend and confidante, and forever loved by him, Glenda De Grave.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, with Pastor Elton Ikels officiating.

Interment will follow the service in the Salem Cemetery in Sayers.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
