FLORESVILLE -- The San Antonio Missions National Historic Park is hosting a project-scoping meeting Thursday, Jan. 13, from 6-8 p.m. in The Beer Warehouse at 1302 S. Second St. here. The purpose of the meeting will be to gather public input regarding proposed new visitor services at Rancho de las Cabras.

Proposed project activities include the development of a paved entrance road, paved parking areas, hard-surfaced pedestrian pathways, a staffed visitor contact station, and more. Preliminary concept drawings will be available for review, with a brief presentation to begin at 6:30 p.m. Project team members will be available to receive public comments and respond to questions following the presentation.

Written comments on the proposed project can be submitted during the meeting or afterward to SAAN, Attention Susan Snow, 2202 Roosevelt Ave., San Antonio, TX 78210-4919.
