The members of Boy Scout Troop 115 of Karnes City participated in the Heartsaver First Aid program on Jan. 8 in the Connally Memorial Medical Center in Floresville.

The boys and their leaders earned their certificates and are now trained in first aid, as well as in adult, child, and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

They would like to thank their instructor, Stephanie Ryan, for giving up part of her day off to provide a Saturday class.
