Texas Shine Full Service and Detail Shop Allegedly Damages Vehicles, Refuses Refunds
San Antonio, TX -- BBB has issued an F rating http://www.bbb.org to Texas Shine Full Service and Detail Shop for failing to respond to consumer complaints. Consumer disputes* received by BBB allege car wash and detailing services purchased from Texas Shine Full Service and Detail Shop resulted in hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars in damage to their vehicle. The Shertz-based car wash and detailing business provides on-site service as well as the option to purchase monthly and yearly car wash packages through their website, http://www.txshine.com . Despite the promise they will “strive to improve our service and provide you with a comfortable and safe environment to wash your vehicle,” consumer complaints from San Antonio-area residents allege several service issues which remain unanswered.
