Floresville Independent School District (ISD) is accepting nominations for students for the Gifted and Talented Program from parents, educators, and community members, during the period Feb. 7 through Feb. 18 for students at both the north and south elementary, middle school, and high school campuses.

The selection of students for the Gifted and Talented Program is based upon the following criteria: ability test scores, achievement test scores, and a teacher rating scale. A committee comprised of administrators, counselors, and teachers will select the students to participate in the Gifted and Talented Program. Nomination information may be picked up at any of the four campuses. Forms are also available under a link on the Floresville ISD homepage, www.fisd.us.
