Emilio Flores of Stockdale, in his first stage performance, will take to the boards as the Tin Man in the Texas A&M University-Kingsville production of “The Wizard of Oz” on Sunday, Feb. 6, at 2:30 p.m. in Jones Auditorium, located on the Texas A&M University-Kingsville campus. Admission is $1.

This is an adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s children’s tale of Dorothy, who finds herself in the Land of Oz after a twister hits her Kansas farm. The play is her journey to return to her beloved Kansas, down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City and more.
