Found: 2 brindle cows, on Sept. 12, at the end of La Gura Rd. in South Bexar County, located between South Loop 1604 and the San Antonio River, Gillett Rd. on east and Schultz Rd. on the west. Call after 8 p.m., 210-310-9206.
Lost: Men's wallet, Sept. 21 at Wal-Mart fuel center in Floresville, left on side of truck, medical IDs needed. If found call 210-827-9753, no questions asked.

Lillian J. Masters passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 92 years, 7 months, and 5 days. She was born in Magnolia on June 17, 1918, to Brown Conroe Williams and Kathleen Geisendorff.

She was a member of the Martinez Social Club, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, and the Sutherland Springs Museum Committee.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and her brother and four sisters.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorraine Miller and husband Robert of Victoria; her son, Don Masters Jr. and wife Nancy of San Antonio; her sister, Julia Mattke of La Vernia; her grandchildren, David Miller, Kathleen Miller Buch, Bart Miller, Shanna Masters Moczygemba, and Sherri Carter; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation was held on Wednesday, Jan. 26, from 2-4 p.m. in the Franklin Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a graveside service at 4 p.m. in the Floresville City Cemetery with Larry Henry officiating.

Interment followed the services.

Mrs. Masters and my mother, Dalila Perez, worked at the telephone company here in Floresville together for many years. She was a dear, sweet lady. My condolences to the family.
