Offer condolences

Elaine Kravitz Mickey passed away on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at the age of 51. She was born on Feb. 26, 1959.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Kravitz; her sister, Patricia Sibley; and her brother, Kenneth Kravitz. Elaine is survived by her mother, Clara Kravitz; her daughter, Ashley Lynn Mickey; her nieces, Renae Brown and husband Sean, and Jennifer Harper and husband John; her nephew, Justin Sibley; her great-niece, Loryn Brown; her great-nephew, Sean Brown Jr.; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A visitation was held on Monday, Feb. 14, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas.

A rosary and Mass were held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, with Father Bill Zadora officiating.

Interment followed in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig.

Memorial donations may be made by way of Mass cards.
