It has come to our attention that an out-of-area company is currently contacting local businesses selling ads in a "visitors guide." They are inferring they are affiliated with the Floresville Chamber of Commerce.

At this time, the Floresville chamber is not soliciting advertisements for its Visitors Guide, according to Susan Hodges, president of the organization. "Please make sure you know who you are dealing with," she said. "Our board members are the only people who would be selling ads."

If businesses are contacted, please call the Wilson County News with any additional information about the company selling these ads.
