WASHINGTON -- U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Tom Vilsack announced 40 appointments to the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board, including five appointees from Texas. According to a USDA Dec. 6 press release, all appointees will serve 3-year terms. . . .
