In high school varsity play, the team from Stockdale looked great in Hallettsville.

Landon Coston and Tristan Marquez won the consolation division in boys doubles, Gabriella Salazar and Dylan Dunn were overall champions in mixed doubles, and Jordan Jackson captured the boys singles championship as well.

During the junior varsity tournament, Anthony Bennett and Jacob Cardenas each advanced to the second round of boys singles play. Vanessa Bustamante and Shannon Freasier played into the first round of girls doubles, as did the team of Kat Wehmeyer and Shelly Oltmanns. Perry Bone and Tyler Middleton played into the first round of consolation in boys doubles.

The players from Stockdale Junior High cleaned house during their tournament, as they were sure to keep several of the first-place trophies at home.

In seventh-grade boys singles play, Alex Vela finished first for Stockdale. Vela then teamed with Travis Covington to finish first in seventh-grade boys doubles.

Allison Maxwell finished second in eighth-grade girls singles, Frank Flores reached the consolation semifinals in eighth-grade boys singles, and Frank Gay and Fabyan Ortiz finished fourth in eighth-grade boys doubles.
