Members of the Wilson County 4-H clubs are reminded that Monday, April 11, is the deadline to order the State Fair validation tags.

Any exhibitor wishing to show a hog, goat, or lamb at the State Fair must purchase and pay for validation tags at the Wilson County Extension Service office located in the basement of the Wilson County Courthouse in Floresville.

Tags are $8 each or $21 each if paying after the deadline.

The State Fair validation dates have not been set yet.

For more information, call Dustin Biela, 4-H & youth development agent for Texas AgriLife Extension Service of Wilson County, at 830-393-7357.
