Since Feb. 25, 14-year-old Ashley Kaitlyn Stair of Floresville has been considered an endangered runaway. She is believed to be in the company of an adult male, with whom she might have traveled to Maryland. Ashley is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds.

Anyone with information about Ashley’s whereabouts is asked to contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (843-5678) or the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office at 830-393-2535.

In a separate case, Stephanie De La Vega, 16, of Elmendorf is believed to have gone missing from her home on Shady Forest at approximately 1:30 a.m. March 20. According to the Heidi Search Center in San Antonio, she is believed to have been wearing dark blue jeans, a black shirt, and black and white Converse brand tennis shoes. Stephanie is described as having dark brown hair, brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall, and weighing 150 pounds.

A Heidi Search Center spokesman said Stephanie’s family believes she is in the company of two other missing girls and a 19-year-old Hispanic male identified as “Juan Carlos.” Anyone with information about these girls is asked to call the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office at 210-335-6000 or the Heidi Search Center at 1-800-547-4435.
