MARION -- The Stockdale High School tennis team participated in the Marion Invitational Tennis Tournament March 31 and April 1. The results were as follows:

In varsity girls doubles play, Gabby Salazar and Kristen Salazar finished as the varsity girls doubles champions, and Jordan Jackson finished as the varsity boys singles champion. Dylan Dunn placed third in varsity boys singles, and Jessica Puente placed first in the varsity girls consolation division.

Anthony Bennett and Jacob Cardenas advanced to the second round of the varsity boys doubles, and the team of Landon Coston and Tristan Marquez participated in the first round of the consolation division.

The varsity mixed doubles division saw Roxanne Bischak and Ronald Lankford advance to the second round.
