Harold Leon Taylor Jr., 54, of Nixon, Texas, a loving father, husband, son, and brother, died on Sunday, April 17, 2011, in Nixon. He was born in San Antonio on Dec. 9, 1956.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Leon Taylor Sr.; his brother, Kenneth LeRoy Taylor; and his grandfather, Fritz Stautzenberger.

Harold is survived by his wife, Neva Stewart; his son, Harold Leon Taylor III; his daughters, Bridgett Louise Taylor and Jeff Erdelt and Tiffany Lynn Taylor and Zachary Meeks; his mother, Lillian Louise Adcock and Tommy Adcock; his grandmother, Evelyn Louise Stautzenberger; his sister, Cindy Louise Fahrig and Emil; his grandchildren, Kaden B. Erdelt and Kayli L. Lemons; his nephews, Ryan Fahring and Shane Tyler; and other loving family.

A visitation was held on Tuesday, April 19, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in Nixon.

The service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Faith Temple Church in Nixon with the Rev. Michael Cowey officiating.
