ATLANTA -- (April 21, 2011) -- Church’s Chicken wants its fans that live in and around San Antonio where the chicken chain was born, to be part of a huge event the brand is having on Wednesday, April 27 at Noon at Main Plaza. The first 50 people who LIKE the brand on Church’s official facebook page www.facebook.com/churchschicken and write I WANT TO ATTEND THE EVENT IN SAN ANTONIO, will be contacted and Church’s Chief Chicken Officer will call their boss to ask for the day off. If the boss says it’s okay to attend the event -- the office wins a FREE lunch for up to 25 people -- at a date to be determined. The winners must sign in at the event to qualify for the FREE office lunch. Deadline to participate is Monday, April 25. So act now!

The event will be hosted by the one and only Hulk Hogan who will help Church’s Chicken announce some exciting news. In addition, Church’s Chicken is providing FREE chicken and biscuits for everyone who comes down to Main Plaza at Noon while supplies last. There will also be entertainment and lots of surprises.

“We know how much our fans in San Antonio like us. And we’d like them to share in the fun we are planning,” said Kirk Waisner, Church’s Chief Chicken Officer. “I’m looking forward to calling the bosses of our fans and asking them to give our fans the day off in exchange for a catered lunch at their office.”

Brand Ambassador wannabes must live in and around San Antonio and provide their own transportation to and from the event on Main Plaza in San Antonio.

Church’s is making this easy for its fans in San Antonio. LIKE Church’s on www.facebook.com/churchschicken and write I WANT TO ATTEND THE EVENT IN SAN ANTONIO. The 50 brand ambassadors will receive a special commemorative T-shirt and hat.
