President Barack Obama has confirmed that terrorist leader Osama bin Laden has been killed. Bin Laden was responsible for the 9-11 attacks in 2001 in New York City.

He was killed in Pakistan. The U.S. engaged in an operation there and bin Laden is confirmed dead following a firefight. "Tonight, justice has been done," President Obama said.
