AUSTIN -- The Republican Party of Texas is proud to announce the formation of the Teenage Republicans of Texas as part of our ongoing youth outreach effort. At the most recent SREC meeting over the weekend of March 25-26, some outstanding students from across Texas banded together to begin what will be the foundation for the next generation of Texas conservatives.

In the coming months, Teenage Republicans will become a force to be reckoned with as they combat the liberal bias that encroaches even so early as on their high school campuses. The Teenage Republicans will work in coordination with Young Republican and College Republican clubs across the state in order to gain a better understanding of what it takes to succeed with and grow the conservative message across the state of Texas and our great nation.

If you know of a young person who wishes to begin a Teenage Republican club in your area or who desires to get involved on the ground level of this exciting movement, contact the Republican Party of Texas Youth Outreach Director, Austen Bailey, at 512-477-9821 or abailey@texasgop.org .
