Knights plan golf tourney

SEGUIN -- The Knights of Columbus St. Ann’s Council No. 12208 will once again host its 13th annual scholarship golf tournament at Max Starcke Park in Seguin. The tournament is set for Sunday, June 26, with registration beginning at 8 a.m., and play to start at 9 a.m.

The first-place team will receive $300, second place will get $200, and the third-place team will receive $100. There will also be prizes awarded for the most accurate drive and the longest drive.

The entry fee is $55 per person for those who register and pay prior to June 19, and $60 per person thereafter. The fee covers greens fees, cart, lunch, and donation. Mulligans are available for $5 each, with a maximum of two per player.
