The Wilson County Public Library, located at 1 Library Lane in Floresville, will host numerous teen summer camps.

Tweens and teens will learn how to make short movies and digital posters using the library’s new computer lab laptops at computer camp. Computer camp will be held June 13-15, June 20-22, June 27-29, July 5-7, and July 11-13 from 2-3 p.m.

“Teens Go Global!” will be held on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. The countries that will be explored include England on June 14, where teens will explore Wales, castles, and royalty and are encouraged to be creative and dress like royalty; Australia on June 21, where teens will explore fun facts about this faraway country and design an aboriginal tribal mask; Switzerland on June 28, where participants will explore the country that holds the record on recycling; India on July 5, where teens will learn fun facts and leave with their own Diwali Diyas; and Africa on July 12, where participants will learn to make tribal animal beaded necklaces.
