Offer condolences

Billy Joe Baggerly Jr., 51, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2011, in Floresville, Texas. He was born in San Diego, Calif. and has been a Floresville resident for the past 3 years. He was born March 9, 1960, to Billy Joe Baggerly Sr. and Barbara Fay Ashton.

He was a member of the Oak Hill Community Church. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War, having served in the U.S. Navy.

Billy was preceded in death by his father in 1983.

He is survived by his two sons, Jerry Don and Aaron Baggerly, both of North Carolina; his parents, Charles and Barbara Rieck of Floresville; his brother, Alan J. Baggerly; and his sisters, Mary Fisher, Kim Womack, Angel McMillian, Sheila Womack, and Chanpel Casanova.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 30, at 10:30 a.m. in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors. Interment will follow.
