Lisa Michelle Murray and Michael Joseph Linley Capps were united in marriage on Saturday, April 30, 2011, in the Chapel of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, with Father Norman Ermis officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Gail Murray of La Vernia. Lisa is the granddaughter of Mildred Murray of San Antonio and the late John Murray Jr. and Nick Gawlik of San Antonio and the late Sally Gawlik.

The groom is the son of Michael and Diane Capps of La Vernia. Michael is the grandson of Ben and Albina Capps of Floresville, and the late George and Florence White, formerly of Beeville.

The bride selected turquoise and silver for her colors, with bright yellow and pink roses and gerber daisies.

A reception was held at the Pearl Stable at the Historic Pearl Brewery in San Antonio. The bridal party, family, and guests danced to music of the “Jeff Thompson Band.”

The couple honeymooned in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and plan to reside in La Vernia.
