Cindy Perez, 42, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011, in her home in Leesville, Texas. She was born in Gonzales on April 8, 1969.

Cindy is survived by her parents, Lillie Talamantez and Manuel Perez Jr.; her five brothers, Manuel Perez III, Joe Perez, Robert Perez, Daniel Perez, and Michael Perez and wife Samantha, all of Leesville; numerous nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends.

A private family service was held.

Memorial contributions may be made to Guadalupe Regional Hospice, 1215 East Court St., Seguin, TX 78155.
