1922-2011
Roberta Price Mays, 89, of San Antonio, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 17, 2011. She was born July 2, 1922, in Calaveras to William and Alma Popham. Roberta was the youngest of ten siblings. “Bert,” as she was known to family and friends, was a devoted wife, mother, and servant of God. She was an active member of Victory Baptist Church in Somerset. Her life was centered on family and furthering the Kingdom of the Lord. As a result of her witness and testimony, many have come to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. She is greatly loved by both her earthly and spiritual families and our lives will never be the same without her, said her family. . . .
