Kaylee Sanchez was presented with a framed print of the watercolor painting done by Mary Borgia on July 19 in the Sarah Bain Chandler Public Library in Stockdale. Mary Borgia, a local professional artist and author, personally selected Kaylee’s submission and made the presentation. . . .
