The Stockdale Tackle Football League is excited to begin its 10th season with the Christian Federation of Police Officers -- Police Athletic League (CFPO-PAL) association in San Marcos. The league consists of athletes from Stockdale, Nixon, and surrounding areas who have combined to win four league championships played at Texas State University.

Registration fees are $100 for Seniors, ages 11-12 years; Juniors, ages 9-10; and Pee Wees, ages 7-8. The registration fee for the Mighty Might flag team, ages 5-6, and all cheerleaders is $50.

The league’s football fundamental skills camp will be held Aug. 1, 2, and 4, from 6-8 p.m. at the practice field in Stockdale.

This is full-contact football for motivated athletes ready to sacrifice and commit to a full season. Practice will be held three nights a week, and games will be played on Saturdays in San Marcos.
