Willis “Ted” W. Knight, 51, of Adkins, Texas, passed away Monday, Aug. 8, 2011. He was born in Clarion, Pa., on April 1, 1960.

He moved to San Antonio in 1981, and married Barbara Jean (Wolfe) Knight on Oct. 22, 1983. Ted worked in all aspects of the heavy construction equipment industry in San Antonio and surrounding areas for more than 25 years.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons Wesley A. Knight, Brian R. Knight, and Travis W. Knight, all of Adkins; his parents, Ralph P. and Patricia (Keister) Knight of Knox, Pa.; his brother, Ralph “Pete” Knight Jr. and wife Jean of Knox.; sisters Denise M. Maxwell and husband William of Knox, Esther D. Beichner and husband Daniel of Knox, and Lisa D. Knight; niece Lauren R. Beichner; nephew Anthony Knight; and numerous aunts and uncles.

No public funeral service was held.
