Found: 2 brindle cows, on Sept. 12, at the end of La Gura Rd. in South Bexar County, located between South Loop 1604 and the San Antonio River, Gillett Rd. on east and Schultz Rd. on the west. Call after 8 p.m., 210-310-9206.
Lost: Men's wallet, Sept. 21 at Wal-Mart fuel center in Floresville, left on side of truck, medical IDs needed. If found call 210-827-9753, no questions asked.

Adolph Carlton “A.C.” Wurzbach II, 76, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, in Seguin, Texas. A.C. was born on Dec. 13, 1934, in San Antonio to Theodore R. and Lometa E. Wurzbach, who resided in Rio Medina.

In 1952, A.C. graduated from La Coste High School. He worked at the City Water Board in San Antonio for a number of years before going into the U.S. Navy in 1959, where he was assigned to the Seabees through 1963. A.C. married Joesphine “Josie” Marie Carvajal on June 3, 1961, in the Zion Lutheran Church in Castroville. After his tour of duty in the Navy, he worked for Southern Pacific Railroad for several years until he moved to Fort Worth with his family, where he worked for National Rental Car at DFW Airport until he retired.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Josie; and his younger brother, R-Edward Wurzbach.

His survivors include his loving children, Denise and Bryan Cromer of Peoria, Ariz., Dorette and Brian Pence of Arlington; grandchildren Ashley and Matthew Gunn of Glendale, Ariz., Adam Cromer of Peoria, Ariz, and Samantha Pence, Amber Pence, and Brianna Pence of Arlington; sisters Dorothy Jean Breezee of Floresville and Jeanette Strickland of Duncanville; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, Aug. 18, at 3 p.m. in the Collins Funeral Home in Seguin.

A funeral service was held Thursday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home, officiated by Harvey Bongers of Houston, cousin of the deceased.Interment followed on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Emerald Hills Cemetery in Kennedale.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Collins Funeral Home, 735 E. Kingsbury, Seguin, TX 78155.
