Help Wanted

ON-CALL CRISIS POOL WORKERS NEEDED. Part-time positions are available for after hours “on-call” crisis workers to respond to mental health crisis for Wilson and Karnes Counties. Duties include crisis interventions, assessments, referrals to stabilization services, and referrals for involuntary treatment services according to the Texas Mental Health Laws. You must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, etc. On-call hours are from 5 p.m.-8 a.m. weekdays, weekends and holidays vary. If selected, you must attend required training and must be able to report to designated safe sites within 1 hour of request for assessment. Compensation is at a rate of $200 per week plus $100 per completed and submitted crisis assessment, and mileage. If interested call Camino Real Community Services, 210-357-0359.

Howard and Melinda Stulting of Karnes City, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Chelsey Kay, to Clayton Wilfred Wiatrek, the son of Wilfred “Willa” and Sally Wiatrek of Falls City.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Celia Moy of Karnes City and the late Leon Moy, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Stulting, formerly of Karnes City.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Leo and Irene Moczygemba of Hobson, and the late Thomas and Elizabeth Wiatrek, formerly of Cestohowa.

Chelsey, a 2003 graduate of Karnes City High School, is a 2009 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently employed with San Antonio Jewelers as a sales consultant.

Clayton, a 2005 graduate of Falls City High School, is a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. He is currently employed as a project manager with Landmark Structures in Fort Worth.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, in the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Cestohowa, Texas.
