The Cibolo Nature Center in Boerne will host “Science in Nature” on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event is free for children ages seven and older.

Children and families will learn about the natural world from scientists and science teachers. There will be several hands-on outdoor activity stations, such as nature boxes, bird-feeder making, flint-knapping, birding for kids, paper airplanes, insect Olympics, and more.

Cibolo Nature Center is located at 140 City Park Road.
