Workers from the Floresville Electric Light & Power System (FELPS) work quickly Sept. 6 to replace an insulator damaged when a squirrel made contact with a circuit just before 9:30 a.m., near the corner of Fifth and Trail streets in Floresville. FELPS Line Supervisor Paul Herrera said the incident caused a momentary blink throughout much of the system.
