Richard and Annette Gorzell of Kosciusko, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristen LeShea, to Travis Lee Buehring, the son of Ronnie and Debra Buehring of Karnes City.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Anna Dell Kowalik of Falls City and the late Benjamin Kowalik, and Henry and Emily Gorzell of Kosciusko.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Elbert and Lillian Martin of Karnes City and the late Roy Chesser, and the late Hilbert and Willie Mae Buehring.

Kristen, a 2007 graduate of Poth High School, will now be starting her nursing career at Woodridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Beeville.

Travis, a 2007 graduate of Karnes City High School, is currently employed as an operator at Copano Energy.

The couple plan a November 2011 wedding in St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Kosciusko.

A reception, dinner, and dance will follow in the Kosciusko Community Hall in Kosciusko.
