Soledad Pardo, the daughter of Asencion and Monica Pardo, will represent the Guadalupanas during the Floresville Peanut Festival. A senior at Floresville High School, Soledad is a proud member of the Floresville High School Mighty Tiger Band, the Student Council, the Red Cross, Business Professionals of America, and the Floresville High School Co-op Program.

A member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church youth group since 2010, Soledad has been involved with catechism since 2008.

Soledad has the honor of having Rudy Mendiola as her escort. Rudy, the son of Rudy and Cynthia Mendiola of Floresville, is a member of the Floresville High School track team.

Soledad would like to thank Rudy for escorting her in the Peanut Festival Coronation and Parade. The duo are so blessed to be chosen to represent the Guadalupanas.
