Leah Spickschen, the 16-year-old daughter of Dr. Caroline Spickschen and Dr. Georg Heiber of Abbensen, Germany, will represent the Intercultural Exchange Program at Floresville High School in the Peanut Festival. She will be a member of the community until next June. Her host family is Chuck and Cindy Sawers, and Hannah Sawers. Hannah is the first runner-up princess-elect for this year’s court. . . .
