Catalina Jessie Leal is proud to represent the Floresville Peanut Festival Association Director Carmen Leal in the 2011 Peanut Festival. Catalina, the daughter of Ray and Jeanette Leal of Floresville, has four older brothers, Justin, Jared, Joshua, and Jordan.

Justin was King in the 2005 Court of Coronations Past, and Jordan, the King in the 2009 Court of Once Upon A Time.

Catalina, a senior at Floresville High School, is an active member of FCCLA, (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America), the American Red Cross, and TAFE. Catalina is also employed at the Frank Tejeda Veterans Home in Floresville.

Catalina would like to thank her good friend, Carlos Garza, the son of Carlos and Terry Garza of Floresville, for escorting her.

Carlos is a member of the varsity Tiger football team and the Tiger golf team. He also is an active member of FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and of the FFA.

Catalina and Carlos would like to thank Carmen Leal for allowing them to represent her, and also would like to thank Jimmy and Nan Tackitt for the car that they will be using in the Peanut Festival.
