Victoria Tovar, the daughter of Santiago and Thelma Tovar, is proud to represent the Girl Scouts in the 2011 Peanut Festival. Victoria is a senior at Floresville High School, a member of the Floresville Jaguar varsity soccer team, and Red Cross. She is currently employed with H-E-B.

Outside of school, Victoria is an Ambassador Girl Scout, a Girl board member for Mission Trails Association, member of the Public Relations Team, Kitchen Cabinet, Girl Champion of the Girl Scouts 100th anniversary, and will also be featured in the 2012 Girl Scout Cookie Campaign. Victoria has earned the highest award in Girl Scouts, the Gold Award, and is a very active member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, where she is the youth group fund-raisers chair, an extraordinary minister, and involved with Teen ACTS.

Victoria is honored to have Tommy Pardo escort her. A senior at Floresville High School, he is a member of the Tiger football team, and the son of Joe and Gracie Cassias. Victoria and Tommy wish to thank Girl Scouts for the honor of representing them in this year’s Peanut Festival.
