Victoria Tovar, the daughter of Santiago and Thelma Tovar, is proud to represent the Girl Scouts in the 2011 Peanut Festival. Victoria is a senior at Floresville High School, a member of the Floresville Jaguar varsity soccer team, and Red Cross. She is currently employed with H-E-B.  . . .
