The Wilson County Farm Bureau’s annual convention and dinner will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the Wilson County Show Barn, located off S.H. 97 east of Floresville.

The business meeting will follow the meal.

Guest speaker will be Texas Farm Bureau State Legislative Director Billy Howe, whose expertise is in property rights and water issues.

A silent auction also will be held, with the proceeds to benefit the Wilson County Farm Bureau Scholarship Fund.
