1933-2011

JoAnn F. Posz passed away on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 78 years, 1 month, and 17 days. She was a former resident of Helotes and a resident of Floresville for five months. She was born on Aug. 19, 1933, in San Antonio to Robert and Ruby Stone.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

JoAnn is survived by her husband, John Posz of Floresville; her daughters, Sharlene Noack and husband Heinrich of Devine and Tracy Runty and husband Russell of Floresville; her son, Leroy Froboese of Lago Vista; her sister, Susie Dietzel of Kerrville; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The immediate family met Friday, Oct. 7, in the Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville.

Inurnment will follow at a later date.
