The Wilson County News has obtained confirmation from the County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office that the deadline to pay Wilson County taxes in order to receive the October early-payment discount has been moved to Tuesday, Nov. 15.

I am so glad that the recent raise for county workers
is producing an increase in efficiency. Now we know why
it was a COLA raise and not based on merit.
