The Pirates and Pirettes of Poth competed in their district cross-country meet Oct. 26 in Dilley. The Pirettes captured the district title, and the Pirates claimed district runner-up honors, allowing both teams to advance to regional competition. Seven individual runners also qualified, as they placed in the top 10.  . . .
