Joyce Theo Thurmond Whitworth
Joyce Theo Thurmond Whitworth, 87, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, in Houston. Joyce, affectionately known as “Sis,” was born in Gonzales County on March 15, 1924, to Wiley Jefferson and Janie Catherine (O’Neill) Thurmond.
