Kenneth and Denise Smith of Prineville, Ore., are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Marie, to Clinton Blake Wyatt, the son of Dan and Stacie Wyatt of Floresville, Texas.

The bride-elect graduated from Crook County High School in 2001. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Atlantic Veterinary College. She is employed as a veterinarian at Deason Animal Hospital in Floresville.

The prospective groom graduated from Floresville High School in 2005. He is employed at and helps manage Charco Cattle Co.

A Saturday, March 31, 2012, wedding is planned in Marion, Texas.

The couple will reside in Floresville.
